Fundación Incana is a non-profit organization created in 2024 with the objective of protecting and managing natural water as a vital resource for life and sustainable development. It works in collaboration with rural communities, promoting ecological restoration and the conservation of high-Andean forests, especially native species such as Polylepis.

When he returned to Armonía as Director of Conservation Programs. Since 2016, he has held the position of Executive Director. In addition, Rodrigo has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council for the Americas of BirdLife International since 2018 and has been a member of the Global Council of the same organization since 2022.
